Kettle Valley Neighbourhood

Kettle Valley Neighbourhood  is another master planned community that we have been involved in since inception in the 1980’s. Much of Kettle Valley uses the neighbourhood concept of smaller lots and rear lane access. It is a mix of single family residential and Strata lots.

This project is about  110 Ha. And has a potential for 750 units.
